This bill amends sections 9, 10, and 15 of the Public Employment Relations Act of 1947. The key provisions are: 1. It allows emergency managers appointed under the Local Financial Stability and Choice Act to reject, modify, or terminate collective bargaining agreements, and prohibits collective bargaining on certain related matters.
