This bill establishes sales and events privileges for certain alcoholic beverage manufacturers, known as "craft manufacturers." The bill allows craft manufacturers to sell and serve their products for on-premises consumption, offer samples and non-alcoholic beverages, hold an unlimited number of on-premises special events, and hold up to 25 off-premises special events per year. The bill also allows craft manufacturers to hold private parties and coordinate with food vendors on their licensed premises. Additionally, the bill permits craft manufacturers to sell their products at a discount, provide targeted discounts, and establish membership programs offering discounts, as long as the products are not sold below the cost of manufacturing. The bill also expands the privileges of limited and craft distillery licenses.
