For purposes of the bill, a "reusable carryout bag" means a carryout bag that:· is made of polypropylene, PET nonwoven fabric, nylon, cloth, hemp product, or other machine washable fabric;· has stitched handles; and· is designed and manufactured for multiple reuse.
