AI Summary

This bill requires the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority (MBTA) to submit a monthly report to the Office of the Inspector General that lists all incidents, accidents, casualties, and hazards affecting any mode of transit operated by the MBTA or a third party on behalf of the MBTA during the previous month, regardless of whether they were reported to other state or federal entities. The MBTA must also make this report publicly available on its website within 3 days of delivering it to the Inspector General. This is intended to enhance transparency and oversight of MBTA safety reporting.
