AI Summary

This bill amends the Liquor Code to require transporters who transport alcohol for hire within Pennsylvania to obtain a Transporter-for-Hire license from the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board. The bill creates four classes of Transporter-for-Hire licenses: Class A for transporting all forms of alcohol, Class B for transporting only malt or brewed beverages, Class C for a fleet of vehicles transporting all forms of alcohol, and Class D for transporting all forms of alcohol and accepting orders on behalf of licensees and the Board for delivery to unlicensed customers. The bill also establishes record-keeping requirements, delivery procedures, and liability protections for selling licensees and the Board when using a Transporter-for-Hire Class D license holder.
