This bill, the Justice for All Act of 2022, amends several civil rights laws, including the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Education Amendments of 1972, the Age Discrimination Act of 1975, the Fair Housing Act, and the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, to clarify that disparate impact discrimination is prohibited and to provide for a private right of action and remedies, including compensatory and punitive damages, to address such discrimination.
