This bill adds the possession of high-capacity firearm magazines, defined as those with a capacity of more than 10 rounds, to the list of offenses under Missouri's law on the possession of certain weapons and explosives. The bill maintains exceptions for the possession of these magazines by members of the U.S. Armed Forces, law enforcement, and those engaged in lawful commercial transactions or other authorized activities. Violations related to high-capacity magazines would be classified as a class D felony.
