This bill enacts provisions relating to various state designations. It renames "METS (Math, Engineering, Technology and Science) Week" to "STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) Week" and establishes new commemorative months, days, and locations in Missouri, such as "State Legislator Remembrance Month," "Women Veterans Appreciation Day," "Breast Cancer Awareness Day," "Domestic Violence Awareness Day," "Albert Pujols Day," "Shelley v. Kraemer Day," "K.C. Wolf Day," "Lloyd Gaines Day," "Asian and Pacific Islander Heritage Month," "Baker Service Appreciation Day," and designates Piedmont and Wayne County as the "UFO Capitals of Missouri." The bill also establishes the "German Heritage Corridor of Missouri," the "Stars and Stripes Historic Region of Missouri," the "FA Paul Akers Jr and LCPL Jared Schmitz Memorial Sign Funding Act," and designates several highway and bridge segments, including the "Don Welge Memorial Bridge" and the "Major Lee Berra Memorial Highway."
