It also establishes that the provision of such procedures to minors is grounds for a personal injury or wrongful death lawsuit. Additionally, the bill amends the existing child abuse and neglect law to include coercing a child to undergo gender transition procedures as a form of child abuse. Providers who violate these provisions may face revocation of their professional licenses.
