This bill creates a new provision in Missouri law that allows entities licensed or certified under Article XIV of the Missouri Constitution (related to the regulation of marijuana) to request in writing that state or local licensing authorities share the entity's application, license, or other regulatory and financial information with a banking institution. The banking institution's state and federal supervisory agencies may also receive this information. The entity must provide a waiver to authorize the transfer of confidential or privileged information, which the recipient must treat as confidential and use only for the purpose of providing financial services to the requesting entity. The entity may withdraw the waiver with 30 days' notice.
