This bill modifies provisions relating to retirement. The key provisions are: This bill: - Makes changes to the Sheriffs' Retirement Fund, including allowing the board to accept gifts and donations and requiring counties to make payroll deductions for member contributions. - Modifies provisions related to the Missouri Department of Transportation and Highway Patrol Employees' Retirement System, including increasing the minimum monthly annuity, allowing certain retirees to elect a temporary annuity, and making changes to survivor and death benefits. - Makes changes to the Missouri State Employees' Retirement System, including modifying how errors in records are corrected, allowing the board to establish a benefit plan under Section 415(m) of the Internal Revenue Code, and making changes to provisions related to reemployment of retirees. - Creates the "Show-Me MyRetirement Savings Plan", a multiple-employer retirement savings plan that eligible employers and self-employed individuals may voluntarily choose to participate in. - Makes changes to the retirement provisions for judges first becoming judges on or after January 1, 2011, including modifying contribution requirements and allowing the employee contribution rate and benefits to be altered, amended, increased, decreased, or repealed.
