A bill to amend the South Carolina Code of Laws BY ADDING CHAPTER 81 TO TITLE 2 SO AS TO ESTABLISH THE "JOINT COMMITTEE ON WOMEN'S REPRODUCTIVE RIGHTS" AND TO ESTABLISH MEMBERSHIP, TO PROVIDE THE DUTIES OF THE COMMITTEE, TO PROVIDE THAT THE COMMITTEE MAY HOLD CERTAIN HEARINGS AND RECEIVE CERTAIN TESTIMONY, TO PROVIDE THAT THE COMMITTEE MAY ADOPT RULES, TO PROVIDE FOR PROFESSIONAL AND CLERICAL SERVICES, TO PROVIDE THAT THE COMMITTEE SHALL MAKE CERTAIN REPORTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS, AND TO PROVIDE THAT THE MEMBERS OF THE COMMITTEE ARE ENTITLED TO CERTAIN PER DIEM, MILEAGE, AND SUBSISTENCE.
