This bill amends the Kentucky Revised Statutes (KRS) to require a moment of silence or reflection of at least one, but not more than two, minutes at the start of each school day in public schools. The policy must ensure that all students remain seated and silent, allowing them to individually meditate, pray, or engage in any other silent activity. The policy also prohibits school personnel from providing instruction to students about the nature of the reflection and requires notification to parents and guardians about the policy.
