This bill modifies provisions relating to medical marijuana program participants in family court matters. It states that a family court cannot prohibit a participant from possessing or using marijuana consistent with Missouri's constitutional provisions, nor require them to refrain from using marijuana as a condition of completing the family court program. Additionally, the possession or use of marijuana consistent with the state constitution cannot, on its own, be used to restrict or limit a person's custodial or parental rights to their minor children in any family or juvenile court proceedings.
