AI Summary

This bill authorizes the issuance of a hardship driver's license to a person whose license has been suspended for being out of compliance with a child support order. The hardship license can be granted by a court if the person can establish that the suspension of their full driving privileges would hinder their ability to maintain employment. The hardship license will look different from a regular driver's license and cannot be used to operate a commercial vehicle. The bill also establishes a $25 fee for the hardship license and specifies that the term of the hardship license shall be four years.
