This bill amends the Environmental Conservation Law to require that if lethal methods are used to capture or dispose of nuisance wildlife, the specific lethal method used and the reason why a non-lethal method was not used must be included in the annual report submitted by licensed nuisance wildlife control operators. Additionally, the bill requires the Department of Environmental Conservation to annually update and make publicly available a list of enforcement actions taken against any nuisance wildlife control operators for violations of the law and applicable regulations.
