AN ACT RELATING TO HEALTH INSURANCE COVERAGE; ENACTING SECTIONS OF THE HEALTH CARE PURCHASING ACT, THE PUBLIC ASSISTANCE ACT, THE NEW MEXICO INSURANCE CODE, THE HEALTH MAINTENANCE ORGANIZATION LAW AND THE NONPROFIT HEALTH CARE PLAN LAW TO REQUIRE COVERAGE OF BIOMARKER TESTING.
