BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments, Article - Correctional Services Section 7-305 and 7-309 Annotated Code of Maryland (2017 Replacement Volume and 2022 Supplement) BY adding to Article - Correctional Services Section 7-310 Annotated Code of Maryland (2017 Replacement Volume and 2022 Supplement)
