Displaying official motto of United States in public schools and institutions of higher education

This bill requires public elementary and secondary schools, as well as state institutions of higher education in West Virginia, to display the national motto "In God We Trust" in a conspicuous place in each building of the school or institution. The poster or framed copy must include the United States flag centered under the motto, as well as the state flag, and cannot contain any other words or images. Schools and institutions can accept and use private donations to fulfill this requirement.
