AI Summary
This bill amends several sections of the Mississippi Code to authorize courts, in their discretion, to order joint tenants, tenants in common, coparceners, or any other person on disputed land to leave the land and remove their possessions. It also allows courts to order the return of property or the separation of a person from disputed property if they have possession or control over it. The bill aims to provide courts with additional tools to manage land partition disputes and ensure the fair division of property among co-owners.
