The bill also requires the Secretary to publish a portal on the Department's website that furnishes tailored information to users based on their specific needs, such as available resources within their ZIP code and risks related to abortion at all stages of fetal gestation. The bill prohibits the website, portal, and associated hotline from including any resources offered by entities that perform, induce, refer for, or counsel in favor of abortions or provide financial support to such organizations.
