AN ACT concerning Residential Service Agencies - Reimbursement - Personal Assistance Services FOR the purpose of authorizing the Maryland Department of Health to reimburse a residential service agency for personal assistance services only if the personal assistance services are provided by an individual classified as an employee; and generally relating to reimbursements to residential service agencies. BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments, Article - Health - General Section 19-4A-10 Annotated Code of Maryland (2019 Replacement Volume and 2022 Supplement)
