This bill amends the Alcoholic Beverage Control Law to allow brewery supply stores, which sell ingredients and equipment for making beer, wine, and cider at home, to sell New York state-labeled beer for off-premises consumption. The bill also adds "brewery supply stores" to the list of premises where a license to sell beer for off-premises consumption can be issued.
