This bill amends the definition of "covered services" in Minnesota Statutes to mean dental care services that are reimbursed in whole or in part under a dental provider agreement. It also clarifies that the provision does not limit the ability of a dental plan or organization to impose certain restrictions on covered services, such as balance billing, waiting periods, frequency limitations, deductibles, or maximum annual benefits.
