This bill establishes a procedure for terminating a determination by the Surgeon General to suspend certain entries and imports from designated places related to the COVID-19 pandemic. The key provisions are: 1. The order of suspension issued under the Public Health Service Act due to the COVID-19 pandemic declaration shall be lifted not earlier than 60 days after the Surgeon General provides written notification to Congress that the public health emergency declaration has been terminated. 2. Within 30 days of the written notification, the Surgeon General, in consultation with relevant federal, state, local, or tribal entities, must develop and submit to Congress a plan to address any possible influx of entries or imports related to the termination of the suspension order. 3. If the plan is not submitted within the 30-day period, the termination of the order shall be delayed until 30 days after the plan is submitted to Congress.
