This bill amends the Administrative Code of the City of New York to require the re-inspection of dwellings with mold violations. Specifically, it sets the timeframe for correcting non-hazardous, hazardous, and immediately hazardous mold violations, and mandates the Department of Housing Preservation and Development to conduct re-inspections of the certified dwellings within 30 days for non-hazardous violations, 15 days for hazardous violations, and 7 days for immediately hazardous violations, either upon receipt of a certification of correction or the specified date of correction, whichever occurs first.
