AN ACT concerning the attorney general; relating to corruption committed by a public officer or public employee; requiring the attorney general to carry out certain duties related to inquiry and investigation and request an inquisition or state grand jury under certain circumstances; amending K.S.A. 2022 Supp. 22-3001 and repealing the existing section. WHEREAS, The provisions of section 1 and the amendments made to the provisions of K.S.A. 2022 Supp. 22-3001 by this act shall be known as the corrupt public officer or public employee reporting act (corrupt reporting act).
