This bill, the Creating Hope and Opportunity for Individuals and Communities through Education (CHOICE) Act, has three key provisions: 1. It amends the Scholarships for Opportunity and Results Act to improve opportunity scholarships for low-income students in the District of Columbia by expanding eligibility to students enrolled or planning to enroll in public or private elementary or secondary schools. 2.
