AN ACT concerning State Designations - Symbol of Remembrance for September 11 - Freedom Flag FOR the purpose of designating the Freedom Flag as the State symbol of remembrance for the attacks of September 11; and generally relating to a State symbol of remembrance for the attacks of September 11.
