AN ACT concerning District Court - Small Claims - Enforcement of Money Judgments FOR the purpose of prohibiting the District Court, in aid of enforcement or execution of a money judgment, from ordering the appearance of an individual for an examination or ordering an individual to answer interrogatories; and generally relating to enforcement of money judgments in the District Court. BY adding to Article - Courts and Judicial Proceedings Section 11-704 Annotated Code of Maryland (2020 Replacement Volume and 2022 Supplement)
