AN ACT concerning Youth Sports Programs - Registrations, Personnel, and Policy FOR the purpose of requiring certain youth sports programs to maintain and update a registry of youth sports program personnel who participate in the youth sports program; requiring a parent or guardian of a youth registered with a youth sports program to sign and submit to the youth sports program an acknowledgment of the receipt of certain information; requiring a youth sports program to post its removal and return-to-play policy on its website, if available; and generally relating to youth sports programs. BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments, Article - Health - General Section 14-501 Annotated Code of Maryland (2019 Replacement Volume and 2022 Supplement) BY adding to Article - Health - General Section 14-503 Annotated Code of Maryland (2019 Replacement Volume and 2022 Supplement)
