AN ACT To amend Chapter 3 of Title 20 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to postsecondary education, so as to revise the definition of "approved school" for purposes of tuition equalization grants at private colleges and universities; to provide for new definitions; to provide increased grant amounts for eligible students enrolled in certain programs that are directly related to high-demand careers as designated by the Georgia Student Finance Authority; to provide for conforming changes; to provide for related matters; to provide for an effective date; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
