The bill requires the Secretary to receive and review information from various state and federal sources, such as the Office of Vital Statistics, the Department of Labor, and the Social Security Administration, to verify the ongoing eligibility of food assistance recipients. Additionally, the bill mandates the Secretary to make certain non-confidential and non-personally identifying data from the findings of non-compliance and fraud investigations in the food assistance program available to the public on a quarterly basis.
