AN ACT concerning Criminal Law - Youth Accountability and Safety Act FOR the purpose of providing that a person who was under a certain age at the time of the offense may not be found to have committed murder in the first degree under certain provisions of law; and generally relating to felony first-degree murder. BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments, Article - Criminal Law Section 2-201 Annotated Code of Maryland (2021 Replacement Volume and 2022 Supplement) BY repealing and reenacting, without amendments, Article - Criminal Law Section 2-204 Annotated Code of Maryland (2021 Replacement Volume and 2022 Supplement)
