AN ACT concerning Public Safety - Missing Person Reports - Collection and Publication FOR the purpose of requiring the Department of State Police to compile and report on its website certain information on missing person reports in the State; requiring a local law enforcement agency to provide certain information on missing person reports to the Department as required by the Department; requiring the Department to adopt procedures for the collection of information from local law enforcement agencies; and generally relating to missing person cases. BY adding to Article - Public Safety Section 3-608 Annotated Code of Maryland (2022 Replacement Volume)
