AN ACT RELATING TO REFRIGERANTS; PROVIDING THAT MUNICIPALITIES AND COUNTIES SHALL NOT PROHIBIT THE USE OF CERTAIN REFRIGERANTS OR THE INSTALLATION AND LISTING OF EQUIPMENT THAT CONTAINS CERTAIN REFRIGERANTS.
