This bill: 1. Requires, with certain exceptions, each school district to provide each employee organization recognized by the school district the name, address, electronic mail address, telephone number, work contact information, and work location of each school district employee in the bargaining unit represented by the employee organization at least twice a year (on or before January 1 and July 1), unless the school district and the employee organization agree to provide the information at other times. If a school district employee notifies the district in writing that they do not want their information provided to the employee organization, the district must not provide that information to the organization but must still provide it to the Government Employee-Management Relations Board when requested. 2. Requires collective bargaining between the Executive Department of State Government and classified employees to include matters relating to parking and transportation, in addition to the existing subjects of mandatory bargaining. 3. Makes information about school district employees provided to an employee organization or the Government Employee-Management Relations Board confidential and not a public record.
