This bill establishes the Ralph David Abernathy, Sr., National Historic Site in the State of Georgia as a unit of the National Park System. The Secretary of the Interior will determine when a sufficient amount of land has been acquired to constitute a manageable unit before officially establishing the Historic Site. It also allows the Secretary to enter into agreements with the State or other entities to provide interpretive, educational, and administrative services related to the Historic Site.
