AN ACT to amend the education law, in relation to comprehensive sexuality education in schools

This bill amends the education law to require comprehensive sexuality education for all students in grades K-12 in public and charter schools in New York. The bill requires the Commissioner of Education, in consultation with the Commissioner of Health, to develop a comprehensive sexuality education program that includes model curricula, instructional resources, and implementation support.
