Prohibiting the use of prenatal screening or positive toxicology findings as prosecutorial evidence. 5. Requiring healthcare providers to inform pregnant women before conducting any toxicology tests. 6. Requiring healthcare providers to test pregnant women for hepatitis B and C, and inform the women of the results and recommendations for follow-up testing of their newborns.
