This bill establishes the Task Force on Public Procurement Modernization, which consists of 28 members appointed by the President of the Senate, the Speaker of the House, the Governor, the Attorney General, and the Director of the Oregon Department of Administrative Services. The bill takes effect on the 91st day after the date on which the 2023 regular session of the Eighty-second Legislative Assembly adjourns sine die.
