The resolution highlights the NWTF's significant contributions, including its long-standing partnership with the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) Forest Service for habitat conservation on National Forest lands, its involvement in the USDA's Wildfire Crisis Strategy, and its efforts to increase hunting interest by reactivating over 1.5 million hunters and opening access to hundreds of thousands of acres for public hunting.
