AI Summary
This bill has two key provisions:
1. It establishes an Inclusive Postsecondary Education (IPSE) grant program to provide funding for students with intellectual disabilities to attend authorized IPSE programs at qualified postsecondary institutions in Georgia. The grants will cover tuition and fees, and the programs must include integration with non-disabled peers, academic enrichment, and career preparation.
2. It creates a student loan repayment program for eligible nursing faculty members who hold a master's or doctoral degree in nursing and are employed at a University System of Georgia, Technical College System of Georgia, or other approved postsecondary institution. The program will repay up to $100,000 of the faculty member's student loans over a 5-year period in exchange for their continued service as nursing faculty.
