This bill authorizes the city of New York to transfer and convey certain city-owned property at 727 Greene Avenue, Brooklyn, to the Bedford-Stuyvesant Volunteer Ambulance Corps (BSVAC) at no cost. The property, described in the bill as Block 1614, Lot #1, Lot #79, and Lot #80, is to be used by BSVAC to establish a permanent facility to support the continued provision of emergency medical care, ambulance services, and training in the Bedford-Stuyvesant community. The conveyance is subject to the condition that the land be used primarily for operating and maintaining a volunteer ambulance service, and if the premises are not used for such purposes, the land will revert to the city of New York.
