This bill aims to expand apprenticeship and other workforce opportunities in Vermont. It establishes the Vermont Registered Apprenticeship Program within the Department of Labor, which will develop, register, monitor, and maintain records of apprenticeship, pre-apprenticeship, and youth apprenticeship programs.
