This bill revises, creates, and deletes various provisions under the jurisdiction of the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (DACS) relating to Florida farm tax exempt agricultural materials (TEAM) cards, the purchase of food commodities by state agencies, universities, and colleges, the selling of food, enforcement duties of DACS, food permits, bottled water, mislabeled food and equipment, milk and milk products, frozen desserts, bulk milk haulers and samplers, bulk milk tankers, land acquisition, fertilizer, school food and nutrition programs, beekeepers, aquaculture, and drone use. The bill also makes changes related to confidentiality, water conservation, and inspection requirements.
