This bill appropriates a total of $21,202,100 to the Commission on Aging for fiscal years 2023 and 2024. * The General Fund provides $5,361,600 for trustee and benefit payments, personnel costs, and operating expenditures. * The American Rescue Plan Fund provides $5,288,600 for trustee and benefit payments, personnel costs, and operating expenditures. * The Federal COVID-19 Relief Fund provides $150,000 for operating expenditures and $345,100 for adult protective services for fiscal year 2023. * The Federal Grant Fund provides $10,401,900 for trustee and benefit payments, personnel costs, operating expenditures, and capital outlay, and an additional $750,000 for adult protective services for fiscal year 2023. * The Commission on Aging is authorized to have no more than 14.00 full-time equivalent positions during fiscal years 2023 and 2024, with notification to the Joint Finance-Appropriations Committee for any increases authorized by the Governor. * All funds are subject to accountability reports and management reviews, and funds specifically designated for a certain purpose may only be used for that purpose.
