This bill appropriates a total of $712,600 to the State Independent Living Council for fiscal year 2024, covering the period from July 1, 2023, to June 30, 2024. * $259,900 is appropriated from the General Fund for trustee and personnel costs, operating expenditures, and benefit payments. * $393,600 is appropriated from the State Independent Living Council (Ded) Fund for trustee and personnel costs, operating expenditures, and benefit payments. * $59,100 is appropriated from the Federal Grant Fund for trustee and personnel costs, operating expenditures, and benefit payments. The bill also authorizes the State Independent Living Council to have no more than four full-time equivalent positions during the fiscal year, unless otherwise authorized by the Governor, with notification to the Joint Finance-Appropriations Committee. This act is effective on and after July 1, 2023.
