AN ACT concerning Maryland Zero Emission Electric Vehicle Infrastructure Council - Membership FOR the purpose of altering the composition of the Maryland Zero Emission Electric Vehicle Infrastructure Council to include a representative of a light-duty plug-in electric drive vehicle manufacturer and a heavy-duty plug-in electric drive vehicle manufacturer and the Secretary of General Services; and generally relating to the Maryland Zero Emission Electric Vehicle Infrastructure Council. BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments, Chapter 400 of the Acts of the General Assembly of 2011, as amended by Chapters 64 and 65 of the Acts of the General Assembly of 2013, Chapter 378 of the Acts of the General Assembly of 2015, Chapter 213 of the Acts of the General Assembly of 2019, Chapter 118 of the Acts of the General Assembly of 2020, and Chapter 607 of the Acts of the General Assembly of 2021 Section 1 BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments, Chapter 401 of the Acts of the General Assembly of 2011, as amended by Chapters 64 and 65 of the Acts of the General Assembly of 2013, Chapter 378 of the Acts of the General Assembly of 2015, Chapter 213 of the Acts of the General Assembly of 2019, Chapter 118 of the Acts of the General Assembly of 2020, and Chapter 607 of the Acts of the General Assembly of 2021 Section 1 Underlining indicates amendments to bill.
