AN ACT concerning Discrimination in Housing - Consumer Credit History FOR the purpose of prohibiting the inclusion of a consumer credit history in a reusable tenant screening report; expanding the fair housing policy of the State to provide housing to all citizens regardless of consumer credit history; and generally relating to prohibitions against discrimination in housing based on consumer credit history. BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments, Article - Real Property Section 8-218 Annotated Code of Maryland (2015 Replacement Volume and 2022 Supplement) BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments, Article - State Government Section 20-701, 20-702, 20-704, 20-705, 20-707, and 20-1103 Annotated Code of Maryland (2021 Replacement Volume and 2022 Supplement)
